Our product review process is painstakingly thorough.
Unique is constantly identifying new sources of fine corporate furniture, ripe for refurbishing and renewing for new installations. We choose systems that take full advantage of natural light sources - maximizing the balance between space, furnishings and light with glass panels. We select systems that utilize customizable fabric covered panels. From natural wood private offices to reception desks and conference areas, the product lines we choose are known for their durability and versatility – they are ideally suited to satisfy the high expectations of our customers.
When we locate gently used furniture in superior condition, we carefully clean the product as needed, and take steps to protect all pieces until we have a project requiring such furniture. This product is considered “As-Is” or “Pre-Owned” furniture, and can be obtained at a significant cost savings over new. Our Project Management team will review options and evaluate whether this alternative is feasible given design, space and functionality requirements.
Product that is not considered ideal for As-Is furniture use - but is from a quality line - is selected to undergo total refurbishment. Refurbished furniture can be obtained at a considerable savings over new furniture, and provides customers with all the flexibility they are looking for. Customization is easy! With an abundance of colors, fabrics, textures and laminates to choose from, Unique is well positioned to provide the furniture solution desired.
When a certain amount of furniture is already present, and a partial installation is called for, we’ll custom-match existing colors and systems. By refurbishing and matching existing systems, we help our customers protect their initial financial investments and style choices – not to mention the environment!
